We are done with lurking in the shadows to make a purchase or hiding our prized plant and amazing horticultural skills in the closet.

We are done with wars that have no possible victory especially when they are directed at our people.

We are done with big corporations running our government, clearly telling our elected officials what they can and can’t do.

We are done with testing.

We have tested pot over the last 70 years and found it to be much safer than alcohol and much less addicting than pharmaceutical drugs.

Our Veterans have tested pot and found it to elevate their quality of life.

Our grandparents have tested pot and have found it relieves the aches and pains.

We are done with supporting drug dealers who battle for market share with our brave men and women in blue on our streets, endangering our children and destroying lives.

We are done with supporting cartels who market their goods of unknown origin or quality at an elevated price.

We can fix this trade imbalance today, elevate a new industry in the US and keep our cash here.

We are done with our trained physicians being unable to suggest affordable natural remedies.

We demand our elected officials hear our cry and declare the war on marijuana over, now!

We want open growing and distribution regulated by our states.

We want everyone arrested for minor marijuana crimes released and their record expunged.

We want this to be the next bill considered in congress.

This is a fight for every American because we all have friends or family that this unjust war has affected.

Once we as a group, a really large group, come to a consensus the action phase can begin. We need to send a clear message to our government employees, including our President. Don’t stand in the way of progress. Listen to our needs and get things fixed. Those that understand the job will be rehired without the need for spending any additional time or money. We then discuss and vote on a platform we can all agree on.

Our position is:

1. Legalize Marijuana on a Federal level and allow States to make laws to govern it in accordance with their citizens wishes.
2. Release anyone from jail who is there for low level drug possession or usage.
3. Change the record of anyone given a Felony conviction for low level drug possession or usage to a misdemeanor.     Please vote YES or NO below!
